Order Confirmation

Right after you place an order, you'll get a confirmation email with your order details.

Order Changes

You have 60 minutes after placing your order to make changes like updating your address or editing items. Use the link in your confirmation email to make changes. If your order has already entered the packing stage, changes are no longer possible.

Order Processing

Most orders ship the same business day if placed before 1:00 PM EST. During busy periods, processing may take 1–3 business days.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll get an email with tracking info so you can follow it from our warehouse to your doorstep.
