Order Confirmation
As soon as you place your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order summary and order number.
Order Changes
You have 60 minutes after placing your order to make edits — including updating your shipping address, changing items, or adding products. Use the link in your confirmation email to make updates. After 60 minutes, we can’t guarantee changes as your order may already be processing.
Order Processing
Orders typically take 1–3 business days to process before shipping.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking info so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.

U.S. Shipping Notes:

What to Expect at Checkout:
- The “Shipping” line at checkout may include:
- Only duties and taxes (if your order qualifies for free shipping), or
- Both shipping charges + duties and taxes (for orders under $150 CAD or Express)
- These fees are prepaid — you won’t pay anything at delivery.
- Shopify groups these charges under one “Shipping” label, which can cause confusion. But rest assured, free shipping still applies when eligible.
