Order Confirmation

Right after you place an order, you’ll get a confirmation email with your order number and order summary.

Order Changes

You have 60 minutes after placing your order to make changes like updating your address or editing items. Use the link in your confirmation email to make updates. If your order has already entered the packing stage, we may not be able to make edits.

Order Processing

Most orders ship the same business day if placed before 1:00 PM EST. During busy periods, processing may take 1–3 business days.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll get an email with tracking info so you can follow it from our warehouse to your doorstep.

We do not ship to PO boxes. Please use a physical address.
