We offer a risk-free 30-day return window on all eligible U.S. orders, except those marked as Final Sale. To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unworn (except for trying on)
- Unwashed and unaltered
- In their original packaging
Returns are free and easy, and and can be redeemed for store credit or original payment method. To begin, submit your return request using the link above.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
All international orders (outside the U.S.) are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders at this time.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us directly at hello@strongsize.com so we can make it right.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned:
- Clearance/Final Sale Items
- Gift Cards
- Individual items from a bundle (all items must be returned together)
- Items marked “Non-Refundable” on the product page
- Worn, washed, or altered items
- Items not in original packaging
