We offer a free 30-day return and exchange window on all eligible U.S. orders. To get started, use the link below.

Start a return or exchange

Returns

To qualify for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unworn (except for trying on)
  • Unwashed and unaltered
  • In their original packaging
  • Returned within 30 days of delivery

Approved returns can be refunded to your original payment method or redeemed as store credit.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? You can request an exchange through the same portal using the link above. Select Exchange instead of Return when submitting your request.

Exchanges are available for the same style in a different size or color only. We are not able to exchange for a different style at this time.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Clearance and Final Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Individual items from a bundle — all items in a bundle must be returned together
  • Items marked "Non-Refundable" on the product page
  • Worn, washed, or altered items
  • Items not in original packaging

International Orders

All international orders are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges on orders shipped outside the U.S.
